Chapter 14 : The Internal Struggle

It's really tiring and tough to see the people around you acting lovey dovey for Ning. She needed a breather. That guy, that guy who came right into her mind every time. There's no way that guy is going to be off her mind anytime soon. It was tough for her to face him anymore. The feeling inside her just grew stronger. The more she looked at him, the pain in her heart just grew deeper. There was no way that she is going to express herself in front of him. She knew that if she did that, the friendship was going to be ruin.

Ning just needed some time for herself to sort out her thoughts. Maybe being with herself, all alone could change something. At least there wasn't anyone around fooling around, and there are no couple lovey dovey show to watch right in her eyes. The most important thing - HE WAS NOT THERE TO DISTRACT ME.

Ning walked on and on. Her mind was all messed up. She was not even paying attention to her surrounding. At this moment, Jun was right behind her, following her wherever she went.

Jun was wondering why did this girl just walked out of the group when everyone was just fooling around and having such great fun. He did not dare to go too near to her, he was afraid that she would noticed that he was all along following her and then a big scolding would be the ending. All he wanted to do was just to follow behind her and just protect her from far. This feeling was something that he himself could not understand. He had never felt so strongly about any girl before. Every girl to him was just any other girl trying to get his attention and making him a trophy boyfriend. But, this time was a totally different story. He knew that the feeling that she gave him was different, even he could not describe it. He wanted to tell, but the only obstacle that he himself. He just did not know how to express himself. Never in his life did he bared his true feelings towards a girl.

Both Ning and Jun were just walking aimlessly, with Ning right in front and Jun following every foot steps of hers. Now, right in front of Ning's eyes was this old deserted building. Even though it looked so old and scary, the building has this special rustic charm about it. This charm was what drew Ning closer and closer to the building.

As Ning walked closer towards the building, she heard a faint sound coming from inside the building. It sounded like a weak little girl screaming for help. Therefore, Ning decided to enter the building to find out exactly what was happening.
